Login/Account Commands

!identify

The following two commands only must be sent to the bot in a Query (Private Message) window! All others are typed in your current channel.

!identify <Username> <Password> <Character to identify as>

Example:

!identify PunkRocker241 EmoSux Evandro

<Myrmidon> Evandro identified as ~Chris@irc.carpenoctem-online.org

!changepw

Use this command to login to the specified character so that the bot can fetch your stats (Such as BP, XP, and WP).

!changepw <UserName> <OldPassword> <NewPassword>

Example:

!changepw PunkRocker241 EmoSux FluffyBunnys

<Myrmidon> Password updated successfully, your new password is: FluffyBunnys

Changes your password to the one provided. Remember to follow the basics regarding passwords: Do not provide your password to -anyone-. The Staff will NOT ask for your password at ANY TIME. Staff can reset your password, though it may take time so remember to write your password down so you don’t forget it.

Dice Commands

!roll

Basic command for rolling dice. It’s important to note that even though the bot will show the numbers of rerolls available, you MUST HAVE AN APPROPRIATE SPECIALTY in order to reroll! Doing otherwise is cheating. Please include a reason as often as possible.

!roll <Number of Dice> <Difficulty> <(Optional) Reason for roll>

Example:

!roll 6 6 Swing Sword.

* Myrmidon SniperBob rolled: 6 4 8 5 10 6 (4 Successes — 1 Rerolls)

!inits

This command will roll your initiative and determine your place in combat order. Add your dexterity stat to your wits stat to determine what number you type after !inits.

!inits <your Wits+Dex Score>

Example:

!inits 6 (Wits 3 + Dex 3)

* Myrmidon Inits – Chris – 13

Bloodpool Commands

!getbp

Sends your current character’s current/maximum bloodpool in a private notice that only you can see.

!getbp – No Arguments

Example:

!getbp

=Myrmidon= SniperBob : Current blood pool (10/12)

!bp

Spends the specified number of blood points for the reason listed, and shows your new bloodpool in a private notice only you can see. Remember to not spend more then the maximum BP allowed in one turn, as determined by your generation. (This will be 1bp/turn for most players)

!bp <amount to spend> <(Optional) Reason for BP spend>

Example:

!bp 1 Buff Strength

=Myrmidon= 1 bp spent. Current blood pool (9/12)

!hunt

Hunts for the number of hours specified at the specified difficulty. For more information, see the Hunting Rules.

!hunt <# of Hours to Hunt> <Difficulty> <Hunting Information>

Example:

!hunt 3 6 (Hunting on The Rack, Ventrue Feeding Flaw +2 Diff, -2 Dominate)

=Myrmidon= Hunting for 3 hours at difficulty 6

=Myrmidon= You got 1 successes and gained 10 blood.

=Myrmidon= However, your max blood pool is 12.

=Myrmidon= Current Blood Pool (12/12)

!givebp

Gives the specified amount of blood to the specified person. Remember to report any blood bonds formed by feeding each other to the staff. You must use the recipient's normal nickname, not their mask nick.

!givebp <Recievers Nick> <Amount to give>

Example:

!givebp Chris 2

=Myrmidon= Gave blood to Chris: Current blood (7/12)

Willpower Commands

!getwp

Sends your current character’s current/maximum willpower in a private notice that only you can see.

!getwp – No Arguments

Example:

!getwp

=Myrmidon= SniperBob : Current willpower (7/7)

!wp

Spends a point of willpower for the reason listed and shows your new total number of willpower points in a private notice only you can see.

!wp <(Optional) reason for wp spend>

Example:

!wp Ignore Wound Penalties

=Myrmidon= Willpower spent. Current willpower (6/7)

Experience Commands

!getxp

Sends your current character’s Available and Total XP in a private notice that only you can see.

!getxp – No Arguments

Example:

!getxp

=Myrmidon= Chris : Available XP = 12 / Total XP = 17

!requestxp

Requests the specified number of experience for the week. For more information, see the rules regarding Experience.

!requestxp <# of XP to Request>

Example:

!requestxp 3

• Myrmidon Chris has requested 3 XP

Description Commands

? <Character name>

Shows the listed character’s description (Physical appearance).

? <Character name>

Example:

? Jo

* Myrmidon Jo needs to set a description.

!desc <description>

Changes your current description. Remember to have your nick set correctly before you change your description. If you are using Mask of a Thousand Faces and wish to have a second nick, see the Staff in #gamehelp.

!desc <description>

Example:

[Chris] !desc is a slick looking dude.

* Myrmidon Description updated.

[Chris] ? Chris

* Myrmidon Chris is a slick looking dude.
